My office is conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach Resort at the intersection of A1A & Hollywood Blvd.



Directions


Parking: The parking garage is located at Harrison St. and A1A. Please collect a ticket and bring into the office for validation. If you are disabled or require additional assistance, you may utilize valet parking provided by the Hollywood Beach Resort. Simply collect the ticket from the valet attendant and bring into the office for validation.

Waiting area: Waiting is located in the lobby just outside of Dr. Evans' office. Seating is provided. Dr. Evans will great you shortly.

Directions: Dr. Evans' office is located on the second floor of the lobby of the Hollywood Beach Resort. The main entrance is located at the valet attendant stand. Take the lighted glass elevator to the second floor of the lobby. Dr. Evans' office is on your left. Please have a seat outside the door and wait for Dr. Evans to greet you.
